1. Introduction: ASAFEX HUB is a registered business operating in Ghana, offering susu savings services to create easy and secure group savings.

2. Packages: We offer four packages: Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Platinum, each with specific initial deposits, daily savings requirements, and access periods.

3. Commission: A day’s contribution out of a month’s contribution is deducted as commission.

4. Voluntary Membership: Members can enter and leave at their comfort.

5. Responsibility: Members agree to the dictates of this policy document and take full responsibility.

Create Your Account

Sign up by entering your personal details, including your email address, date of birth, full name, region, residential address etc. This information helps us personalize your dashboard and ensures your account meets all security and compliance standards.

Set Up Your 4-Digit Security PIN

After registration, you will be prompted to create a unique 4-digit PIN to lock your account. This PIN secures your profile and authorizes all future transactions, keeping your savings protected at all times.

Choose and Create Your Savings Package

Select and create a savings plan that best matches your financial goals from our four options: Gold, Diamond, Silver, or Platinum. Each package offers different durations and minimum daily contributions, allowing you to pick the one that fits your budget and timeline. To successfully launch your chosen package, the app will guide you to make your initial savings deposit. This first payment officially activates your plan and marks the beginning of your structured savings journey.

Build Capital Through Daily Savings

Actively grow your funds by making consistent daily contributions according to your chosen package schedule. The app helps you stay disciplined by tracking your progress and keeping you focused on your financial goals. Through steady dedication, your small daily savings will gradually build into meaningful capital for your future ventures.

Withdraw at Package Maturity

When your chosen savings period ends, you become eligible to access your full accumulated balance. Simply navigate to the withdrawal section, and your funds will be processed securely to your linked mobile money or bank account.

Complete One-Time Identity Verification

Before your first withdrawal, you will need to verify your identity using a valid government-issued ID such as a Ghana Card, Passport, or Driver’s License. This is a mandatory one-time security step to protect your funds and comply with national financial regulations

Request Emergency Withdrawals (If Needed)

If you need access to your funds before your package matures, you can make an emergency withdrawal directly from the app. Simply visit the Profile section, enter the Essential Access Portal, and follow the guided steps to process your request quickly and securely.
